Ownership
بِسمِ
اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ
يَسـَٔلونَكَ
عَنِ الأَنفالِ ۖ قُلِ الأَنفالُ لِلَّهِ وَالرَّسولِ ۖ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ
وَأَصلِحوا ذاتَ بَينِكُم ۖ وَأَطيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسولَهُ إِن كُنتُم
مُؤمِنينَ﴿١﴾
[1]They ask thee concerning (things taken as) spoils of war. Say:
"(such) spoils are at the disposal of Allah and the Messenger. So fear
Allah, and keep straight the relations between yourselves: Obey Allah and His
Messenger, if ye do believe."
Al-Anfal:1
Meaning : The division of
spoil,according to the provision of Allah and his Messenger

Related by Abu Daud, An-Nasa-Ibnu
Hibban, and Al-Hakim,who came from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Prophet. said:
"Whoever kills (enemy), he will receive a certain part, and whoever is
charming enemies, he will get a certain part anyway. At that time the parents
live guard flag, being the young forward to jihad invade enemy terrain and
transporting ghanimah. Parents said to the youth: "Make us your ally,
because we also helped to survive and keep the back of you." It is they
complain to the Prophet .. Then this verse came down (al-Anfaal: 1) which
confirms that it ghanimah an ordinance of God, and not the subject of contention.
The integration of the Naqli and Aqli
Ownership is its freedom. Ownership is its
humanity, because animals do not have, but that people have. Justice is to
provide opportunities for people to work and have. When a person has a
privilege because of intelligence, determination, perseverance and patience, it
is entitled to a reward commensurate with the effort. The Islamic allow
individual ownership. It allows a person to become very rich and abundant
wealth, as long as they get a legitimate effort, charity to the right, does not
involve illegal things, not wasting, not stingy with the truth, do not wronged
someone and do not eat other people's rights as required by the principle
istikhlaf (trusteeship) of Islam. Islam also encourages individuals to own
property to protect his possession and pass it on to the next issue. This is to
give a strong sense that each individual effort and hard and can feel the power
and ability every time enjoy the fruit of ownership. Recognition of Islam
against individual ownership is beneficial to the people and the economy.
